Today I'm entering a scrapbook page into the challenge at:-
The Outlawz - theme water/beach.
I had 3 pictures to choose from for my album and couldn't decide which one so I used them all! They kind of tell a little story as the posed pictures of my son, daughter, her husband and his brother are the "before" images....and the 3rd picture at the bottom is the "after" picture when the race was on!!! It's a pity I can't remember which kayak won!
The paper is 2 different pieces joined together as I loved them both and they're from DCWV the Doodlin' around stack.
Such lovely papers deserve to be well treated and i think I've achieved a lovely page with the water/beach theme in mind.
The Challenge at The Outlawz also requests that a greeting must be used on the projects so I made my page into a kind of postcard with a greeting on the front!
Top right - a vintage stamp with the date
Centre - the SUMMER GREETINGS card!
I may be taking artistic liberties here but.....hey ho, that's what 'challenges' are about; thinking outside of the box too.
Anyhoo, after all that blah, here's my page!
