Good evening all!
Hope you're all having a lovely week upto now.
I've been uber busy finishing my entries as GDT for the Outlawz Challenges for May and eventually submitted them yesterday.
Hope they were ok!
Today I've done some more washing as the weather was ok again and hopefully tomorrow will stay dry as I just can't wait to do more washing!!! Only joking - it's just so nice to get the washing out on the line especially after my son cut the grass this evening! Front lawn too. Wonders will never cease!
I've been in the craftroom this afternoon making this card for the challenges over at Tuesday Morning Sketches
This is the original sketch to follow :
and also the challenge at Cardmaking and Papercraft which requires stripes!!!
So here's my entry

Sunny Sunday!
Good morning to you all!
It's a gloriously sunny morning - washing out on the line already!!!
I haven't posted for a few days as I've been distracted with other things that life has to offer but I've found a crafty half hour now so I thought I'd pop in and leave a line or two.
I decided to have a look around at some of the challenges I've entered and -----guess what? What? I hear you ask!---I was chosen as a top 3 winner at CAS - colours and sketches!!!
here is my entry

Easter weekend!
Hi all,
I hope you've all had a lovely weekend with loads of chocolate and goodies with family and friends.
We have actually had some glorious weather for the first easter in a long time!
It has been great today so we dined "al fresco" with some good buddies and a few glasses of a certain sparkling grape! 'He who works' decided to burn some wood in the burner and it is still going.....7 hours later!!!!
At least it won't be cluttering up the garden anymore.
Last night i started a card for the Outlawz Challenges - Masculine card and finished it today.
I love these digi images from From the heart stamps - they are so much fun and I think this bird in a sweat is quite suitable for a male card!

Sleepy fairy!
hi peeps!
And before you think it, no, the title isn't about me!
Hahahaha!
I have coloured my gorgeous fairy in Spectrum Noir pastels as requested by the challenge at Outlawz Challenges.
I was so pleased to win the colour challenge a couple of weeks ago and be awarded with some fabulous digi stamps by Rick St.Dennis, which I have used for this challenge. Here's a link to his store - Rick St.Dennis.
I have left the card 'open' , ie with no sentiment on the front, so that I can use it for any occasion as it's a really pretty fairy and suitable for loads of occasions.

Forgetful!
Good evening all!
I've just realised I haven't updated my blog this week! Ooops!
I've been busy working on a project which has begun to come together but now I'm not sure I like it!
I'll post photo's of it when it's complete and you can decide for yourselves :)
I made a card on Sunday to enter the challenge at Outlawz Challenges - CAS Sunday.
The theme is "two's" ie - 2 of anything!
So, here's my entry

Especially me!
I am so happy to be chosen as the winner of the Colour Challenge on Outlawz Challenges!
I've received an email from Penny O'Dell a DT member with this good news and they would also like me to be the guest DT member for May!
Isn't that just wonderful? I am very, very pleased with myself!
I will post further updates as I receive them but, for now, WOOHOOOOO!

Bouncing Bunnies!
Hello again!
I did say earlier that you might hear from me again before this day is out and yes, I'm back!
This is the card I had to upload to enter into the Outlawz Challenges - Spring has Sprung.
I bought the bunny images from Pink Cat Studio as they are soooo cute and I coloured them with my Spectrum Noirs. I cut around each one and used 3d foam to layer them onto the garden flower image i have from Digi Stamp Boutique which I also used SN markers on.
By drawing a little spring below each bunny I reckon they are really bouncing into spring! Yaaaaaayyy!!!

Give-away!
Hello everybody!
Well it's sunday and a little housework must be done and I just can't be bothered! I have cleaned the kitchen but sometimes I wonder why I bother as it'll be messy as soon as "he who works" and the son are up and about! It's that trail of dripped coffee and puddle of crumbs that winds me up. Grrrrr!
I've just been reading the latest blog post of Christina at Flowers Ribbons and Pearls and she is hosting an Easter giveaway - thankfully not chocolate but plenty of crafty goodies!
Everybody loves to acquire new stash, even when the craftroom is overflowing so, I've put my name into the hat and i'm keeping my fingers crossed!
Speaking of fingers, I cut one of mine on a knife yesterday and it really bled---alot! Eventually it stopped (as they do or i wouldn't be writing this now) but it was so chuffin sore! Now I'm reduced to typing with the 9 remaining digits and I keep making errors so this post is taking forever!!!
So, that's all for now folks. I might get some crafting in later as I do have one card to upload which I finished last night and I would like to make a new one for a friends birthday so we will just have to wait and see if I get the chance!

LOVE
Good morning all!
Today (a very wet and soggy friday) I'm entering this card into the challenge at CAS - Colours & Sketches #68 - colours.
I have used my Spectrum Noir markers and Ink It Up! Ink pads in the colours as close to these as possible
and I have kept the card as CAS as possible with the addition of a few pearls for definition.

Blue is the colour!
Hi all!
I wanted to make another scrapbook page this afternoon so went with my sons' 18th birthday album.
Of course, he was wearing his 'wedding clothes' as we held a joint reception/18th that day so I incorporated lots of blues in the picture to go with his bow tie - thankfully my daughter and her husband had selected my favourite colour for the wedding outfits!
I'm posting it into Outlawz Challenges - Twisted Thursday as it suits the challenge because of my fave colour!
Win, win situation methinks!

Balloons!
Good morning everyone.
It is very overcast and gloomy today so I'm not going out!
Had a paper bow to make for this card this morning, before it was completed, so I'm going to post it into the challenges at :-
Outlawz Challenges - Tuesday colours
Artistic Inspirations
The Cutie Pie Challenge Blog - cute/dies/punches
Simon Wednesday Challenge - Happy Birthday
Loves Rubber Stamps #97 - Anything Goes
I took the inspiration for it from a card making magazine - I love the way the layers are placed.
