It is a fabulously sunny day today but a little windy - GET SOME WASHING OUT!!!
I'm obsessed with it. I really am!!

Sick Bird!!!

Good evening all.
Here is my lovely, yet sick, birdy card for this weeks challenge at i {heart} card sketches #64 - Twist, paper piecing.

My poorly bird is coloured with Spectrum Noir markers and paper pieced with some paper which I've had in my stash since last year and haven't loved it enough to use it - but now I have and I think it worked really well here.
The pill bottle, pills, hot water bottle, thermometer and "nappy" are all paper pieced. I've added some glitter and bling for fun!

Birdies!

Happy 1st of May to everybody!
If you read my last post you would have noticed how much I really wanted to do some more washing today - but I can't as the rain is coming down! That fine stuff that wets you right through...

So I finished a card I started yesterday instead.
