Good 31st of July morning everybody!
Yes, I decided to come back to my blog as the poor thing has been looking at me from my bookmarks bar for so long and, like the bad blogger that I am, I've just ignored it - but, no longer.
I decided to come back to blogland and give it another try, even though this blog does need updating.
Anyhoo, In a nutshell, I've had a busy few months in my crafty world. I've been published quite a few times in various magazines and I've enjoyed poddling around in my craft room and making stuff!
I'm not going to waffle on like I would normally do because I'm busy doing stuff right now but I WILL be back and I'll post pics and updates as often as poss.

Saturday, rugby, craftroom!!!
So, what a fab day when there's sport on the tv/laptop (!), everything's right with the world and I'm in the craft room finishing things and keeping you up to date.
Below is a selection of some goodies I've recently managed to make.

I bought this birdhouse from a craft shop - (it was plain wood with some childrens paints attached for the kiddies to paint!) so I decided to alter it into something more interesting!
This next one is Shabby meets Neon! I wanted to play with moulding clay and neon paints and gilding flakes and lots of things and this is what I came up with! It was fun doing it!
So, that's all for now folks! I'm off to watch the 'ruggers' and look out for my nephew who will be out on the pitch howling out the national anthem on behalf of his school!!!

MOJO???
As the title states.....mojo??? What mojo???
I am currently undergoing that horror of horrors......lost mojo :(
I began making several new projects specifically for the DT call out I'd like to join but, each and every one of them, is just rubbish!!! This week has been a creative nightmare. It's just not happening and I think I might have lost my mojo as well as my marbles!!!
I'm going to blame Slimming World because I soooooo want a meat and potato pie, crusty bread and butter and a mahoosive trifle!!! I think that would be my last meal if ever I was due to be executed!!!
Dieting seems to have taken over my life - especially my brain! There doesn't seem enough space left in there for anything else other than recipes to make me thinner - slow process and probably wishful thinking although I have lost 4 1/2 lbs in 4 weeks (next weigh-in tomorrow!).
So, I haven't been able to post any makes lately. I hope to rectify this once the old imagination kicks back in again so, for now, I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed and hope those lovely people at Docrafts are happy with the projects I sent them anyway.
Oh yes, I am making a card for the readers DT at Quick Cards Made Easy magazine issue 151 (March). Hopefully it will appear in the magazine and not in the online edition as I don't know how many people it would be seen by. It's not the first time I've been in the mag. I think this might be the 4th. Anyhoo, I'm away to lay a cushion on the floor, kneel on it and check under the table for my mojo...........and my lost marbles.................x
